The Illusion of Not Enough Time

Many people say that there’s not enough time at work and in their life. How about you?

Are you too busy to enjoy your life? Are you too busy to connect with others?  People describe their workplace as fast-paced and urgent and more work to do than time to do it.  Then they say they go home to family life and have more to do and of course - not enough time. This episode explores the idea that “not enough time” is an illusion.

Get Back In Balance By Defining Your Non-Negotiables

How’s your balance at work?

Many of my clients describe a workplace environment that is fast-paced and high demand. Rapid change, limited resources and deadlines result in having too much to do and not enough time to do it in. People respond by working extra long hours and even taking work home. Some have told me that during meetings they sneak some work in while trying to look like they are participating. They skip lunch or eat while working and don’t take time for exercise, breaks or reflection time.

The result of all this is they are out of balance, stressed and out of control. How do you break free? Tune in and learn to set your non-negotiables.
